Arizona Self Storage Opens with State-of-the-Art Facility in Peoria
Locally owned and operated self-storage facility focuses on customer service and safety with competitive pricing
PHOENIX – (October 26, 2023) – The Mangat Group and Aberdeen Management & Development announced today the opening of Arizona Self Storage in Peoria, Ariz. The four-story, 875-unit facility is located on the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Olive Avenue.
This is Arizona Self Storage’s ninth property in the state and third in the West Valley. Tony Mangat, founder of The Mangat Group, is the landowner and part owner of the new facility, making this his first array into the storage industry.

State-of-the-Art Amenities & Security
Amenities include fully air-conditioned units, on-site professional managers, state-of-the-art 24-hour virtual guard systems, and an enclosed, air-conditioned drive-thru loading bay for an easy and protected moving experience.
The rental process has been made easy, with online, virtual, or in-person booking options. The building is accessed electronically through the NoKe Smart Entry System and has extended access hours from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Multiple elevators allow convenience and accessibility throughout the building.
